The RS-H stainless steel flexible grooved coupling is specifically designed for high-pressure grooved piping systems, including RO seawater desalination systems, zero-liquid discharge systems, lithium extraction from salt lake systems, and other demanding high-pressure applications. With a rated working pressure of 1200 psi (83 bar), it provides the highest level of connection reliability for critical piping environments.

Manufactured from high-strength, highly corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel or 2205 duplex steel, with 304 SS carriage bolts and 316 SS carriage nuts, the RS-H series delivers exceptional durability and extended service life in the most challenging operating conditions.

Gasket: The gasket adopts a "C" type seal structure made from EPDM material, with an operating temperature range of -30 to 110℃. It is compatible with cold water, hot water, dilute acids, oil-free air, and various chemical media. Custom gasket materials such as FKM (fluoroelastomer) and silicone are available upon request for specific operating environments, temperatures, pressures, and media requirements.
