The RS-M Stainless Steel Medium Pressure Series is primarily used in applications requiring precise pressure regulation, such as water treatment, food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and industrial systems. It is designed to deliver reliable performance in a variety of media, including liquids and gases, under medium-pressure conditions.
The RS-M Stainless Steel Medium Pressure Series is constructed from high-quality 316L stainless steel, known for its exceptional corrosion resistance, durability, and suitability for both sanitary and industrial environments. This material choice ensures longevity and compatibility with a wide range of media, enhancing the series' versatility and reliability.
Yes, the RS-M series can handle high temperatures, typically ranging from -20°C to 200°C (-4°F to 392°F), depending on the specific model and application. The stainless steel construction and robust design make it suitable for environments where temperature fluctuations are common, ensuring stable performance and long-term durability.
The maximum operating pressure for the RS-M Stainless Steel Medium Pressure Series is generally up to 160 bar (2321 psi). However, the specific pressure rating can vary depending on the model and the operating conditions, so it’s important to consult the product datasheet or contact a Technical Sales Representative for detailed specifications.
The accuracy and reliability of the RS-M series are maintained through several features, including precision machined components, a robust design that minimizes wear and tear, and high-quality materials that resist corrosion and environmental degradation. Regular maintenance and calibration, as recommended by the manufacturer, will further ensure that the series continues to perform at optimal levels, providing consistent and reliable pressure regulation over time.
