The RS-SH stainless steel flexible grooved coupling is specifically designed for ultra-high pressure grooved piping systems, including supercritical extraction equipment, high-salinity wastewater treatment systems, RO seawater desalination systems, and lithium extraction from salt lake systems. With a rated working pressure of 2300 psi (160 bar), it delivers the ultimate level of connection reliability for the most demanding piping environments.
Manufactured from high-strength, highly corrosion-resistant 2205 duplex steel or 2507 super duplex steel alloy, with 316 SS carriage bolts and 316 SS carriage nuts, the RS-SH series provides exceptional durability and extended service life under extreme operating conditions.

Gasket: The gasket adopts a "C" type seal structure made from EPDM material, with an operating temperature range of -30 to 110℃. It is compatible with cold water, hot water, dilute acids, oil-free air, and various chemical media. Custom gasket materials such as FKM (fluoroelastomer) and silicone are available upon request for specific operating environments, temperatures, pressures, and media requirements.
